To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@astro4us.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Astro4us offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our platform and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency indicated (monthly or annually). All charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@astro4us.com within 7 days of a charge for consideration. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has been substantially used.

By submitting questions or content through our platform (e.g. via the Ask a Question form), you grant Astro4us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely to provide you with our services. You retain ownership of your submissions.
Kundli reports and predictions generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may save or print them for personal reference but may not redistribute or resell them.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astro4us and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
