Device & Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.

Vercel — website hosting and serverless compute (USA). Your requests pass through Vercel's infrastructure.
Railway — backend API hosting and database (USA). Your account data and Kundli records are stored here.
Resend — transactional email delivery. Used to send you replies and notifications from contact@astro4us.com.
A2 Hosting — email hosting for contact@astro4us.com. Stores incoming emails.

All service providers are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by us and to protect it appropriately.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our website before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

Account data is retained until you delete your account.
Kundli records are retained as part of your account history and deleted when you delete your account.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years to maintain correspondence history.
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

JWT-based authentication with token expiry
Access to production databases restricted to authorised personnel

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Astro4us is operated from India. Our service providers (Vercel, Railway, Resend) are based in the United States.
